How you can work with me

My women's health coaching programmes

Once my health coaching services are available later in 2025 I will be offering two options for working with me. The first is my Be Balanced three-month wellness programme. Working together for three months allows us the time and space to dedicate to your health and wellness and the changes you would like to make in the medium to longer term. You may already have a clear idea about what you would like to focus on and we can get to work by refining this and teasing out the action steps that will help you keep on track with this focus. Alternatively, you might be unsure of your focus but you know that you want to start taking steps to manage your symptoms and feel better. We can work in partnership to identify your vision and priorities then we can map out how you can get there in small, achievable steps.  

The second option for working with me is my Balanced Re-set. This is a package of two 60 minute online wellness sessions which is great if you have a very specific or short term priority you would like to address. This might be a specific lifestyle change you're grappling with or a particular obstacle that's creating a sticking point for you making change. We can dedicate the sessions to your current priority while creating space for you to take stock and catch your breath - something that we often neglect to do when we're always dashing from one thing to the next and this can make it difficult to slow down and find balance. The Balanced Re-set is a brilliant opportunity to pause and re-align your priorities to give you renewed energy, clarity and focus for making that change or identifying and addressing what's making you feel stuck or preventing you from making change.

Navigate endometriosis and menopause with compassionate health coaching by your side

I offer a Be Balanced three-month wellness programme and Balanced Re-set wellness sessions. If you are interested in working with me, I always recommend booking a discovery call as your first step. In our discovery call we'll talk about my coaching programmes in more detail and I'll answer any questions you might have about health coaching. We'll also talk about what has brought you to health coaching and how ready you're feeling to make positive changes for your health and wellness, so that we can ensure we'd be the right fit for health coaching and so that you can make the most of your health coaching experience.

Be Balanced
3 month wellness programme

The most holistic way to work with me including a combination of weekly and fortnightly one-to-one sessions focussed exclusively on you and your wellness priorities. We'll work together to help you take small, actionable steps to support sustainable lifestyle changes. I'll share useful resources with you and practical tools for relaxation and managing stress to support nervous system regulation and hormone balance. All sessions are online via Google Meet/Zoom. Gentle yoga, breathwork or relaxation techniques can be incorporated where these align with your wellness priorities.

We'll plan a 20 minute free discovery call before you enroll on the programme to discuss what you'd like to achieve through your health coaching and how health coaching can support you.

Available from late 2025.

Balanced Re-set
1 x 90 minute wellness session

One dedicated one-to-one session to help you identify or refine your health and wellness priorities. These sessions are particularly helpful if there is something short term or very specific that you would like to address. This is a great opportunity to take a step back and reflect on which aspects of your life need re-setting or re-balancing. We'll explore any challenges or sticking points preventing you from implementing changes so that you can start to better support your health and wellness. Yoga, breathwork or relaxation techniques can be included if these align with your priorities.

Please schedule a free 20 minute discovery call before your Balanced Re-set so that we can briefly talk about your priorities and to help you get the most from your two sessions. All sessions are online.
