Follow up bespoke treatment focusing on deep relaxation, supporting energy healing and balancing by focusing on areas identified in the treatment plan and initial treatment. 

4 x 60 minute reflexology treatments. A cost-effective option if you would like to book a course of treatments or if reflexology is part of your regular wellness self-care commitments. Treatments to be booked and redeemed within 6 months, full payment on booking. 

Digital or print gift vouchers can be purchased for a specific treatment, package of treatments or for a value to be redeemed against a treatment of your recipient's choice.

One-to-one yoga classes with an emphasis on gentle movement and breathwork, designed around your individual needs and goals. Bespoke workshops for reflexology, yoga (including Menopause Yoga), health coaching or combined packages for wellness events/retreats also available.
