Bespoke wellness programmes and educational packages
If you are establishing new support for your team at work to demonstrate your commitment to their wellbeing I can work with you to provide a range of different wellness programmes and educational packages depending on your brief. This can include a regular arrangement for providing mobile reflexology sessions at your place of work for your team, for example monthly or quarterly, or one off sessions for wellness events or workshops. Alternatively, I can deliver educational talks, workshops and resources on women's health, including menstrual health, endometriosis, pelvic pain and menopause or I can provide more general input around the theme of supporting the foundations of health and wellness.
