Reflexology for deep relaxation and stress/tension release
Reflexology is a gentle holistic therapy promoting deep relaxation based on the principle that the organs and structures of the body are each mapped onto the feet (and hands) as specific reflexes. By stimulating these reflexes through the application of gentle pressure reflexology can support the body’s natural healing processes helping to bring balance (homeostasis). The restorative nature of reflexology can aid tension release, enhanced sleep, improved mood and feelings of overall emotional and physical wellbeing. Soothing the nervous system with deep relaxation may also support pain management.
Treatments are individually tailored using natural, organic products blended with essential oils to align with the treatment focus. I’m a fully qualified clinical reflexologist and insured member of the UK's national Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

Specialist reflexology for lymphatic drainage
Reflexology for Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) was developed over 15 years ago as an evidence informed approach overseen by NHS research ethics. RLD follows the principles of Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage protocols but works the corresponding reflexes on the feet or hands. Originally developed to support people experiencing secondary lymphoedema following breast cancer surgery RLD's applications have since been broadened and it may also support people navigating auto-immune, inflammatory and chronic pain conditions such as endometriosis or fibromyalgia.
RLD involves the application of lighter pressure than most reflexology approaches making for an extremely gentle, nurturing treatment style.

Specialist reflexology for menopause
Reflexology for Menopause follows specific protocols for promoting endocrine balance alongside deep relaxation. This approach has been developed specifically to support people experiencing symptoms associated with perimenopause, when hormones fluctuate significantly, and menopause (including surgical menopause), when hormones start to decline more rapidly.
Gentle massage techniques combined with work on reflexes that support nervous system rest and hormonal balance form the basis of treatments which can also be tailored to focus on individual priorities or experiences of perimenopause or menopause. Reflexology products can be selected to include creams with essential oil blends that support the treatment focus.
